Toni Braxton Files Suit

Toni Braxton says that while her heart may have been broken, there's no need for her pockets to be. According to TMZ.com, the singer is suing Lloyd's of London for not paying her for the Las Vegas concert she missed in 2006 due to heart troubles. She claims that she bought "non-appearance" and "cancellation" insurance, which is supposed to protect entertainers in case their shows have to be cancelled. Lloyd's doesn't want to cover her losses at her Flamingo Hotel concert because they claim her condition was an undisclosed, pre-existing condition. Mrs. Keri Lewis is suing for undisclosed damages.
