Bishop Eric McDaniel Goes Solo

Even though you may not know Bishop Eric McDaniel by name, you're probably familiar with his work. The pastor of The Lord's Church Family Worship Center in the Bronx has been writing songs almost as long as he's been preaching. Some of his bigger hits include It Shall be Done by Bishop T.D. Jakes and the Potter's House Mass Choir and most recently, One More Chance, which is on Ricky Dillard & New G's latest album, Live in Toronto: The 7th Episode.

Now Bishop McDaniel is set to go solo for the first time. The album, I Am Favor, will be recorded live at Allen Memorial Church of God in Christ on Sunday, April 5, 2009. Special guest for the evening will be Kim Burrell.
